  • World No. 1 and three-time champion Novak Djokovic puts his perfect record in 2020 on the line against Damir
    Dzumhur on opening night at the US Open. On Saturday, Djokovic beat Milos Raonic inside Louis Armstrong
    Stadium to win the Western & Southern Open, tying Rafael Nadal with a record 35th ATP Masters 1000 title.
  • Djokovic has won all nine ATP Masters 1000 tournaments twice. No other player has swept all nine titles once.
  • In the first men’s match on Arthur Ashe Stadium, No. 5 seed Alexander Zverev meets 2017 runner-up Kevin Anderson. The 6-foot-8 South African is one of seven former Grand Slam finalists in the 2020 US Open field.
  • Thirteen of the 21 Americans in the field will play on Monday, headlined by current No. 1 American John Isner’s meeting with ex-No. 1 American Steve Johnson.
