New parents Elina Svitolina and Gael Monfils have gone on social media to announce the birth of their son.
The Swiss-based Ukrainian-French tennis pair kept details back but did post a picture of themselves with their new offspring, Skai.
Former WTA No. 3 Svitolina, who stepped away from the circuit in March, tweeted:
“What a night!!!
“Ladies and gentlemen, please give a warm welcome to Skai Monfils.
“Can’t thanks enough my husband to live thru this unforgettable moment with me.”
