Ausrtralian Open 2024 Melbourne Ladies Singles Final Day 14 27/01/2024
Jannik Sinner will step back into action this week as the newly crowned Australian Open winner bids to add another record to his growing list of accomplishments.
The Italian ranked fourth in the world will headline at the ATP Rotterdam 500 event starting on Monday, with the top seed facing an opening match with a familiar face.
Sinner stopped 63rd-ranked Dutchman Botic Van De Zandschulp in the Melbourne first round in straight sets and will have the chance to do the same again in the Dutch port city.
Sinner also has his eye on a record, with hopes of becoming the first man since Lleyton Hewitt in 2001 to back up a career-first Grand Slam title with an ATP trophy in a next tournament.
