Nick Kyrgios has been called a ‘queue jumper’ after criticising Tennis Australia on social media for not being prioritised for court time at the TA academy in Melbourne.

Kyrgios and doubles partner Thanasi Kokkinakis were unable to get a court yesterday as they prepared for the Japan Open in Tokyo.

“Here for a day of training in Melbourne and unable to get a court,” Kyrgios posted on social media.

‘NOTHING HAS CHANGED. When are you going to start prioritising players????’

“They (Tennis Australia) were unable to accommodate the superstars, instead giving priority to the grass (rooters) who didn’t hit a ball, local comedian Elliot Loney then posted.

Bizarrely, no local media bothered to ask Tennis Australia, or academy staff for a reason, or if the pair had booked in advance, or just turned up.
