World No. 1 Daniil Medvedev has a relatively easy path to the Indian Wells last four, starting with a second round match against either Mackenzie McDonald or James Duckworth, but its not such an easy path for Britain’s Andy Murray.

Murray has a tough first round clash with Adrian Mannarino – with young Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz waiting in the second round.

In-form Norwegian Casper Ruud has also been drawn in a tough grouping, with South African Lloyd Harris, Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut, Brits Cam Norrie, Dan Evans, and Argentine Diego Schwartzman.

No. 2 seed Stefanos Tsitsipas’s path to the quarters is much easier, with a second round tie against either a qualifier or Pedro Martinez.
