AO qualifiers: Errani, Pironkova and Babos all through

2012 Roland Garros finalist Sara Errani, 2010 Wimbledon semi-finalist Tsvetana Pironkova and current WTA Doubles World No.4 Timea Babos all earned earned victories in the first round of Australian Open qualifiers in the UAE on Sunday.

“The courts are really fast, so it’s really tough to play here for me, but I did good preparation and I’m trying my best,” Errani said after the match. “I’m really happy to win today.”
