A woman in a man’s world: GST Podcast returns with a brilliant story to tell

The Grand Slam Tennis podcast is back for a new series.

From players and coaches, to authors and filmmakers, we’ve spoken to some unique people from across the tennis world about their stories, passions and histories.

Our first episode, “The Woman who ran Wimbledon”, lands tomorrow afternoon. Finn Ranson spoke to Actor and filmmaker, Sarah Tullamore, great niece of Norah Gordon Cleather who steered Wimbledon through the Second World War and oversaw its peacetime return.

She was the last woman to run Wimbledon. Next week, Sally Bolton, the new Chief Executive of the All England Club, will become the second.

Catch it on the Podcast page or wherever you get your pods.
